ACQUISITION OF THE NORTHERN SPECIALITY CHEMICALS COMPANY |

PROTEX INTERNATIONAL announces its development with the acquisition of the Northern Speciality Chemicals Company in Woonsocket (Rhode Island, USA) during the summer of 2011.
SYNTHRON, subsidiary of PROTEX INTERNATIONAL andt NORTHERN SPECIALITY CHEMICALS will share their know-how within their respective laboratories, in order to develop new products. The activity of NORTHERN SPECIALITY CHEMICALS was recently transferred to Dudley in the Massachussets where the MACE POLYMERS & ADDITIVES industrial site is located. The products which will be manufactured there will be sold by NORTHERN SPECIALITY CHEMICALS in the USA and in Canada. |
